Pennsylvania Vote Shifts After 76% of Votes Counted

Note:  Numbers may not be exact due to rounding

This is a partial data set showing vote switches in Pennsylvania after counting resumed on November 4, 2020.  As in many other states, the reporting of tabulated votes stopped around 3:13 AM EST  and resumed a few hours later at approximately 6:00 AM EST.

The source for this chart is election night reporting from the New York Times that is provided by Edison Research.   The Edison Research election results match Pennsylvania's official results in 66 of 67 counties.

Note that in many instances, Trump's subtracted votes only make up a portion of the Leftover Votes.  In those instances, there are likely write-in votes and mismarked votes  (i.e. double marked ballots, blank ballots, etc) votes in that total.

All of these Leftover votes go through the adjudication process to determine the intent of the voter.   However, in these instances it appears that bulk adjudication of batches of votes occurred in a systematic manner.
