Algorithm Tweak Swung PA to Biden

The chart above depicts the Pennsylvania Presidential election count from 8PM EST on November 3rd to 11:30 AM EST on November 18th.

Summary
Overall, you see a hiccup (OOPS!) shortly after the start with Biden's numbers jumping up dramatically, then leveling, then declining at 16, then another spike at 18 and another decline at 19.  Trump's numbers also rocket up early, then climb with Biden's, then Trump's votes go on the same roller coaster with Biden.

After the hiccup, Trump roars past Biden and built a substantial lead up until the vote count got to about 80%.   Trump built the lead despite an intervention that stole 17,000 votes and with a software algorithm routinely stealing .001% of his votes and moving them to Biden at routine intervals.

After the 80% mark, Trump went essentially flat while Biden caught  up and then passed him.  At that stage the algorithm was modified to move votes directly from Trump to Biden, while continuing the original "pump and dump" method of laundering votes through the Third Party to Biden.
Here are the gory details....

The Hiccup by the numbers
Obviously, something is going on with the vote tabulation system and the wild swings suggest manual intervention at play (not an algorithm).

10 percent:  Biden got 145K votes and Trump got 43K.

16 percent:  System erases all those votes.

16 percent:   Another 127,000 are removed from Trump.

18 percent:   Biden gains 337K  and Trump gains 146K, Third Party gains 23K.

19 percent:   Biden loses 446K votes, Trump loses 145K, Third Party loses 24K.

Through the series of votes from 16 percent to 19 percent, Biden ended up losing 52,464 votes and Trump lost 79,423.

But the 18 and 19 percent interventions are troubling.

Only Philadelphia and Pittsburgh have enough votes to put up the numbers seen at 18 and 19 percent, but those numbers are indicative of a final vote tally -- not an early tally.

Allegheny county (Pittsburgh) had a final 2020 result of 429K Biden vs  282K for Trump.   While Philadelphia went 604K to 133K for Biden.   Thus the entry looks like someone entering a final result for Pittsburgh before the votes were counted.

Could the fraud by Democrats in PA really be that bad?

I'm sure Kathy Boockvar will explain all these numbers when the case gets to court.

Original algorithm was recycling votes to Biden, then got fixed
Based on the analysis of the Edison Data (via NYT), the algorithm kicked off and took two small tranches of votes from Joe Biden at 3 and 6 percent of the vote, then kicked those votes back to Biden at the 8 percent mark.

The vote transfer was just 500 votes, so it was too small to be seen on the chart.

Shortly thereafter, the algorithm was corrected so that it would strip .001 percent of the votes from Trump and put them into the Third Party bucket.   A few moments later, Biden would pick up .001 percent of the vote (that was Trump's) from the Third Party bucket.

A 2nd (suspected) manual adjustment
At 42 percent of the vote, there is a switch of around 17,000 votes from Trump to Biden at 11:08 PM EST on November 3rd.    There are no other anomalies around this data point, thus it appears to be a manual adjustment to the results.

After the suspected manual adjusted algorithm kept rolling along until about 80 percent of the vote was tallied (Nov, 4, 2020: 2:15 PM EST).

At that point in time, Trump was in the lead by 454K votes with 5.75 million votes counted....and it appears that whoever was manipulating the algorithm decided to kick it up a notch.

Algorithm Adjustment at 80 percent of votes received

As noted above, at 80% the algorithm is adjusted to do a double-whammy on Trump's total because it is continuing to launder votes (the pump and dump) from Trump to the Third Party while it also steals from Trump directly.

Here is that section of the chart enlarged to better see the moves.

The media and the Democrats (yes, I'm repeating myself) contend that Biden caught up because he had a 70-30 edge in mail in votes and those votes put him over the top.

As usual, they're full of crap.

Biden caught up and passed Trump only because the algorithm kept pulling votes -- nearly 125,000 of them -- from Trump and shifting them to Sleepy Joe.

Had that not happened, Trump would have won by a large margin.
