In November 2020, protesters and politicians - including PA AG Josh Shapiro -- demanded that every vote be counted.
Do they know that Governor Tom Wolf and Secretary of State Kathy Boockvar didn't follow through?
I've not heard Shapiro question the results that show Pennsylvania didn't count a single write-in ballot.
You can go to these official Pennsylvania state sources here and here and not find a single write-in vote counted for the presidential race. You can check Ballotpedia too -- nothing there for 2020, but plenty of write-ins for 2016.
Unlike most other states, Pennsylvania didn't post anything official regarding the number of votes for write-in candidates in 2020. Arizona posted a write-in count for 2020, however it doesn't match with the county totals.
Based on analysis of PA's election returns, it is almost certain that a large number votes for write-in candidates -- between 30,000 and 75,000 -- were reassigned as Biden votes. Based on the evidence, the number is closer to the latter than the former.
This was made possible, in part, by the PA Supreme Court's decision to keep the Green Party Presidential candidate, Howie Hawkins, off the ballot. The Green Party was likely robbed of 30,000 to 75,000 votes -- meanwhile the voters who didn't prefer any of the candidates on the ballot - and wrote their choices in, weren't recognized in the official vote count.
Compare Pennsylvania's official vote totals with the results reports from Wisconsin and Michigan (states that had anomalous vote spikes for Biden and didn't rely solely on write-in vote switching). Michigan and Wisconsin provide very detailed reports that include vote totals as low as 5 votes (Wisconsin) and 1 vote Michigan. That said, Wisconsin's reporting of 5,993 votes as "SCATTERING" would raise questions in an audit.
Pennsylvania official report pales has no references to write-in votes. You can't even pull up write-ins by doing queries. The best you can do is rely on the Edison Research results, which show that few counties had write-in votes -- and that Philadelphia was among those who allegedly had no write-ins.
In order to find the actual number of write-ins, I did a county by county review. As it turned out, the counties reported 17,584 write in votes about 10,000 more write than Edison Research reported.
But it is almost certain that number is not accurate and far under the actual write-in votes that were cast.
Most of you heard people lament that they didn't want to vote for either 2020 Presidential candidate. The same occurred in 2016, as neither candidate was appealing. As an alternative, in 2016 many voted for Libertarian Gary Johnson while others chose to write-in a candidate (e.g., Bernie Sanders, John Kasich, etc).
In Pennsylvania, there were 268,304 Libertarian and write-in votes in 2016. Comparatively, there were only 87,051 in 2020 -- a decline of approximately 180,000 votes from 2016.
