Hey Bill Barr, where is the DOJ's report on the 2020 election?

Former US Attorney General Bill Barr claims there was no evidence of widespread fraud in the November 2020 election -- but his DOJ never produced a report of the findings of the (alleged) investigation.

The J6 Committee in coordination with the lame-stream media continue to rely on appeals to authority to argue that there was no evidence of fraud in the 2020 election.   All three of these appeals to authority have been debunked, as follows:

1) DHS/CISA called it the most secure election in history   This statement has now been debunked given that DHS/CISA confirmed vulnerabilities in Dominion systems).  DHS/CISA has not addressed nor investigated for vulnerabilities in other major election systems like Hart and ES&S.   The agency's claim that these vulnerabilities have not been exploited is not supported by any evidence as neither DHS/CISA nor any other investigative authority has performed a nationwide forensic audit of voting systems.

2) The Courts.  According to the media, Trump lost 60 of 61 court cases related to the election.  This media claim has been debunked because there were over 90 cases filed about the 2020 election by Trump (and related plaintiffs).  Trump and associates prevailed in nearly 2/3 of cases decided on the merits. 

3) Former AG Bill Barr said there was no evidence of widespread fraud.   While Barr alleged that the DOJ was still investigating the fraud in December 2020, there is no evidence in the form of a report that discusses the DOJ's investigative activities.

Moreover, statements from Barr back in December alleging no widespread fraud were at odds with the known election irregularities at that time.  For example, the national news was reporting about complaints that meaningful, bi-partisan observation of the vote count was not allowed in Detroit, Philadelphia and Atlanta in the days as counting continued after November 3rd.  Given that the elections in Pennsylvania and Georgia were decided by a paltry number of votes, Barr's claim that the fraud wouldn't have changed the outcome is defeated by the math.

There was also the nationally broadcast Senate hearings in December, when Jesse Binnall testified that over 130,000 illegal votes were cast in Nevada.  Biden "won" Nevada by 35,000 votes.   Again, Barr's claim is defeated by the math.

A.U.D.I.T.: About Undermining Democrat-Implemented Theft (of elections)

Despite the best efforts by the Democrat-media complex and the execrable RINOs who are helping them, the revelations about what truly transpired during the 2020 election have not attenuated one iota over the past week. In fact, the trickle has become a veritable torrent! Before getting to that deluge of election-related reports, a few reminders are in order:

• The Democrats can’t have it both ways, claiming that the election was the “most secure ever” while doing everything possible to preclude the verification of that simple claim through forensic audits.

• Audits aren’t a “threat to democracy,” as the Democrats and their media sycophants continually bleat. In reality, standing in the way of audits undermines our constitutional Republic and the confidence that the American people have in our election processes, for without election integrity, anything is possible (including Democrat/Uniparty political hegemony ad infinitum against the will of the people).

• If we have learned anything in the Age of Trump, the opposite of what Democrats claim is almost certainly the truth. The list is long of Democrat agitprop later proved to be false: Trump-Russia collusion, Trump is a stooge of Putin, Steele dossier, Ukraine phone call quid pro quo, Charlottesville, Trump is a dictator, clearing Lafayette Square with tear gas, inciting insurrection, and all the rest. Thus, their endlessly repeated claims that the 2020 election was the most secure in history with its corollary that any assertions of voter fraud are “baseless” are merely the next on the list of items that will be debunked – just as the mountain of evidence discovered and analyzed since Election Day is making obvious to all but the willfully blind.

• Finally, to claim that those advocating for forensic audits must be stopped “to prevent this concerted effort to undermine our election,” as The Hologram read from his remarks prepared by his handler in Pennsylvania on Tuesday, is the opposite of the truth, as fraud vitiates everything, including a presidency.

Millions of WIMP Votes Shifted Nationwide

Did shifted WIMP (Write-In & Minor Party) votes make Biden more "popular" than Clinton?

Back in 2016, then candidate Hillary Clinton got almost 3 million more popular votes than the Electoral College winner, Donald Trump.   

In 2020, Trump gained more popular votes as a sitting president than any of his predecessors.  Trump also received the highest percentage of non-white votes than any GOP candidate since Richard Nixon in 1960.  

Despite those statistics, Trump (allegedly) still lost to Biden by a little over 7 million votes.   

Or did he? 

Wisconsin's WIMP problem

Wisconsin's WIMP votes declined by 132K from 2016 to 2020

Wisconsin had a WIMP problem in the 2020 election. 

WIMP is an acronym for Write-In and Minor Party.   The graphic above shows that WIMP votes declined by 132,307 votes from 2016 to 2020.     Similar declines have been found in other key battleground states -- for example:

Arizona:                Minor Party:  -106,100;  Write-In:  -51,238  

Georgia:               Minor Party:    -83,192:  Write-In:  -20,155

Pennsylvania:       Minor Party:  -180,752:  Write-In: -113,417

Are all of these declines a coincidence?  Did  minor party and other voters decide to acquiesce and vote for a major party candidate?  Or do these declines represent this a systemic issue in our US elections/voting systems?

Evidence suggests the latter.

In each of the states listed above, the decline in Write-In votes was greater than Biden's margins of victory.

AP Fact Checker Eviscerated

The fact checker skewed data to fit the media's skewed narrative

On January 24, 2021 I blogged about some of my team's work on election lawsuits.  That analysis determined that Trump's legal team and others who were fighting for election integrity prevailed in over two-thirds (15/22) cases. 

We were contacted by Politifact and the Associated Press (AP) about the information and explained that our work included all the lawsuits, not just those filed after the election and when those are counted, Trump and associates have done quite well.  

PA & AZ Cover-Up Write In Vote Totals

In November 2020, protesters and politicians - including PA AG Josh Shapiro -- demanded that every vote be counted.

Do they know that Governor Tom Wolf and Secretary of State Kathy Boockvar didn't follow through?

I've not heard Shapiro question the results that show Pennsylvania didn't count a single write-in ballot.

You can go to these official Pennsylvania state sources here and here and not find a single write-in vote counted for the presidential race.   You can check Ballotpedia too -- nothing there for 2020, but plenty of write-ins for 2016. 

Unlike most other states, Pennsylvania didn't post anything official regarding the number of votes for write-in candidates in 2020.  Arizona posted a write-in count for 2020, however it doesn't match with the county totals.  

Based on analysis of PA's election returns, it is almost certain that a large number votes for write-in candidates -- between 30,000 and 75,000 --  were reassigned as Biden votes.  Based on the evidence, the number is closer to the latter than the former.

This was made possible, in part, by the PA Supreme Court's decision to keep the Green Party Presidential candidate, Howie Hawkins, off the ballot.  The Green Party was likely robbed of 30,000 to 75,000 votes -- meanwhile the voters who didn't prefer any of the candidates on the ballot - and wrote their choices in, weren't recognized in the official vote count.  

81 Election Lawsuits Filed: Few Decided on the Merits

Only 22 of 81 election cases were decided on the merits.

One of the worst (and patently false) arguments for denying election fraud occurred in the 2020 election is that Trump and his associates lost all but one of their court cases.

Columns like this one from USAToday allege that Trump and his associates lost 61 of 62 lawsuits.  

The source of USAToday's data was Marc Elias, who was involved in some of the cases as counsel for the defendant.  Elias is employed by the Perkins Coie legal firm that was involved in paying for the Steele Dossier that underpinned the Russia-Collusion hoax.   Obviously, USAToday relied on a biased source and is reporting a dishonest assessment of court proceedings.

The actual numbers are quite different according to a listing compiled by an election integrity group.

Trump and associates were actually involved in 81 legal cases (including appeals of same case) regarding the election and 25 of the cases are still active.   Thus there were 56 decisions, not 62.

Next, of those 56 decisions, only 22 were decided on the merits -- and Trump and associates prevailed in 15, or over half, of those cases.

DEBUNKED: The Dem's Reflex Reaction to Evidence of Voter Fraud

Just hours after the video of cases of ballots being pulled from under a table in State Farm Arena and then being counted without supervision -- and before anyone in an official capacity provided an explanation -- Georgia state Senator Elena Parent cried "that's been debunked." 

Another Senator calmly responded, "This video is only few hours old.   Who debunked it?

Parent exhibited the reflex reaction of most Democrats when she was confronted with the evidence of fraud.  When next confronted that the video hadn't been debunked, she moved to the next reflex reaction.

Parent stated that Trump had lost 40 of 41 court cases because the courts didn't accept the evidence of fraud.

At the time neither statement was true -- and both remain untrue today.   

Vote Dumps Should Be Investigated

Numerous so-called fact-check sites have attempted to dismiss large vote spikes as human error or software glitches that were later corrected.  For example, the fact checkers dismissed the Michigan vote spike on the basis that a tweet said all the votes were for Biden.

As the table shows, the Michigan vote spike was not all for Biden, but nonetheless, the data shows an anomalous margin of 113,755 votes.  To put it another way, the precinct in question went 96% for Biden and 4% for Trump -- and that's a result that deserves red-flagged.

An analysis conducted by a team of volunteers (computer scientists, engineers, statisticians, and analysts) concluded that only a few corrections were made and the results of the famously large vote spikes in Pennsylvania, Michigan, and Wisconsin remain in the final vote tallies in those states.

While these spikes are not evidence of fraud or manipulation in and of themselves, they demand further investigation.
